  1. Where can I make my payment?
    You can log on into our billing system http://www.media-craft.com/modernbill. Once you are in the billing system, go to “My Finance” menu and then go to “My Invoices”. Click on the invoice number. You will see two buttons (paypal and worldpay). You can choose either one to make your payment.

  2. What if i forget my password?
    Click on the link “Forget your password?” on the main page. Key in your email address. A reset password will be sent to your mailbox (username account) regarding your password.

  3. What happen if i do not renew my package on time?
    You will be given a reminder of three times to make your payment. After the third time, your account will be suspended.

  4. What if I accidentally delete off the invoice thatis being sent?
    You are not able to delete invoice(s).

  5. What if my CC number is invalid?
    Try key in your CC number without spaces. Alternatively you can provide us with your CC number and we will pay on your behalf.
